Fitness Challenge?

A fitness challenge is a series of group workouts led by a personal training coach featuring body weight exercises with supplemental weights. The programs are designed to build strength and fitness through high intensity workouts over a one-hour period. The group support aspect often helps develop relationships with your fellow athletes, leading you places you may not have gone alone.
