Adapt & Conquer CrossFit classes are available on a drop-in basis or as a monthly membership. Please use the WodHopper calendar to the right to see our class schedule.
Classes run about an hour and can accommodate up to 20 people. The class consists of a series of warm up exercises, some time spent on learning a new workout or skill, followed by the day’s WOD (workout of the day) and finished up with a cool down to stretch at the end of your workout.
